All Fresh Face Skin overnight treatment fighters contain only naturally sourced, vegan-friendly ingredients derived from fruits and plants and are cruelty free (approved by PETA; an Australian organisation who are dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals). Our products contain natural fragrance and a natural preservative to maintain the ingredients and their strength, allowing them to work to their best ability within your skin.
I have handpicked each ingredient within our Overnight Treatments, from years of experience within the beauty industry. These natural ingredients will provide your skin with the nurturing nourishment it needs to fight back and concur premature ageing and a dull complexion.
Use: Apply 1-2 pumps all over, to a clean skin each night.
Note: Fresh Face Skins Overnight Treatments can be applied to the skin both morning and night; however we strongly advise using a sunscreen on top of the treatment application in the morning. Multiple treatments can also be used in one application, to assist with more than 1 skin concern i.e.; an oily t-zone and dry cheeks can use the Overnight healer on oily t-zone area and Overnight Soother on dry cheeks.
Tip: For those who are concerned with skin ageing and dryness, and love a more nourishing/heavy texture on the skin at night, I recommend applying one pump of the Overnight Reverser to clean skin, followed by one pump of the Overnight Soother. This will give the skin extra nourishment while you sleep, while also addressing any ageing concerns.
Expected duration: 2-3 months (when used as recommended)
L22: A blend of natural oils derived from joboba, macadamia and olive, designed to mimic the skins surface lipid profile to that of a 22-year-old. Our lipid barrier is responsible for the overall recovery and maintenance of our skins health. Think of it as an invisible wall on the surface of our skin, that protects our skin from water loss, environmental damage (such as pollution, sun, wind), and bacteria. As we age, our skins natural oil flow slows down; leading to a dryer skin and deterioration of our skins lipid barrier function. Reviving your skins barrier back to a healthy 22-year-old barrier function, will increase moisture and hydration within the skin – plumping and smoothing fine lines, reduce redness and sensitivity and increase skin elasticity and firmness.
Easyliance: There are many different factors that can contribute to the skin losing its elasticity and firmness, some being: weight loss, ageing and water retention. As we get older, our skin becomes thinner and loses its elasticity, causing fine lines to deepen and wrinkles to appear on the skins surface. Easyliance is a blend of two natural ingredients – biopolymer and acacia gum, that when combined, have an instant smoothing and tightening effect on the skin. Once the easyliance polymer film has dried on the skin, it retracts and stretches the skin, immediately lifting the skin and smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles. It is due to this ingredient, that the Overnight Reverser has a tightening sensation, when applied to the skin. It is a sensation that you have probably never felt before, and may be uncomfortable with at first, but please continue the use of the Reverser and watch as your skin improves!
Quercus Suber: A plant extract that comes from cork on an oak tree. This extract has a tightening effect on the skin…who doesn’t like a tighter, more taught skin?!
Trehalose: This is a natural sugar extract that is derived from dried mushrooms. This clever extract adds and retains that much needed moisture/water within the skin, keeping your skin plump and hydrated and able to fight back against premature ageing!
Calendula extract: This is a plant extract that comes from the candela flower! Unfortunately, in everyday life our skin is damaged. Environmental damage can cause free radicals within our skin, which then break down our collagen and elastin, as well as cause inflammation, moisture and hydration loss within the skin and pigmentation (uneven skin tone). What we need in our skincare – is antioxidants, and a high amount of them! This flower is naturally high in antioxidants to give your skin the opportunity to fight back against free radical damage. Candela flower also mildly exfoliates the skins surface, brightening and lightening any surface pigmentation caused from the sun.
Wakame seaweed: This natural extract comes from seaweed. It’s rich in essential fatty acids which are needed to maintain a healthy oil and hydration level within the skin, giving you a much smoother skin texture and brighter skin surface. This seaweed also controls under surface pigment from forming, due to past sun damage, while also preventing pigment from surfacing as our skin ages (maintaining an even, bright complexion).
Shea butter: Shea butter is naturally high in vitamins and fatty acids, needed to nourish and protect your skin; helping to reduce inflammation and redness as well as softening fine lines and wrinkles.
Joboba oil: Jojoba is a golden liquid wax (often called jojoba oil) that is made from the jojoba bean. As we age, our natural oil levels within our skin decrease. I hate to say it – but think of a grape – when our skin is young, we have a naturally high oil flow, which helps to nourish our skin. As we age we tend to dry up – like a sultana or current; losing that natural oil production which then leaves our skin dry and wrinkled. Oil is what all skins need, to function in a healthy way. This miracle oil, closely resembles our own skins sebum makeup; an oily substance which is produced by our skins oil glands, below the skins surface layers. Because of its similar makeup to our own skins natural oils, Joboba oil will not only add the needed oil to your skins surface layers, but can also penetrate deep beneath the skins surface; helping to soften lines, nourish your skin from within, while protecting your skins surface layers, without leaving an oily residue. Jojoba naturally contains a balance of vitamins A, D and E which are known as skin healing vitamins.
Sea buckthorn berry oil: This amazing oil comes from the pulp of the small, nutrient-rich, yellow-orange berries. It contains over 190 nutrients and its natural vitamin C level is 12 times higher than that of an orange! It’s high in antioxidants, as well as naturally high in vitamins E, A and C. Antioxidants will help give our skin the fight it needs to conquer free radical damage, caused by everyday life, preventing premature ageing and damage to the skin. Vitamins E, A and C will help nourish and heal the skin, as well as reduce inflammation and redness, rejuvenate our collagen and elastin levels, add hydration and moisture to beneath the surface of our skin as well as brighten and lighten our skins surface.
Vitamin E: This powerful vitamin is a nutrient for the skin, neutralising free radicals, preventing premature ageing, brightening uneven skin tone and adding moisture to dry skin. Remember – free radicals within the skin cause destruction to our collagen, so to reduce this as much as possible, our skin needs antioxidants, such as Vitamin E to fight back against the effects of time!
Lactic acid: Produced through a fermentation process, using corn starch or beet sugar. Lactic acid is suitable for sensitive, dry skins and will gently exfoliate your skin- smoothing the skins texture, while strengthening redness and lightening uneven skin tone. Lactic acid has the ability to penetrate below the skins surface; helping to speed up your collagen and elastin production, while adding hydration to the skin.
Fragrance: sweet lime and blood orange oil.
