Fresh Face Skin has been developed on honesty, passion and years experience within the skin and beauty industry, and this is why we offer a 14 day, money back guarantee if you are unhappy with the results of your overnight treatment fighter. Research has proven that it can take up to 14 days for the skin to show first signs of change and improvement; hence why we would like you to use our treatment daily, for at least 10 days, before asking for a refund (unless your skin is reacting to your purchased product, and if this is the case – please discontinue use immediately).
We will be guttered if you are not satisfied with our treatments, however if you’re that unhappy with the product, all you need to do is email us at email@example.com stating your order number within the email subject line and reason for return in the emails main body. We then need you to return the product to us within 14 days of purchase, we always recommend returning the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage on your behalf.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel, before returning via post. If you choose not to insure your parcel, Fresh face Skin and those associated with the brand will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
